Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work with at least 1-2 years of experience. Must have good oral and written communication skills and be detail oriented and able to                           efficiently manage and prioritize numerous tasks and complete work within deadlines. Strong knowledge of local community services is needed. Must be skilled in various computer applications. Valid                             Driver’s License in good standing and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities: Drop in Center Hours: 12:30pm to 4:30pm. Responsible for facilitating activities at the Drop in Center by planning and scheduling monthly activities, visiting agencies and groups.                                                              Modeling and facilitating appropriate participant interaction and maintain a safe environment. Maintain adequate program equipment and supplies.  Coordinating and supervising volunteer                                               participation. Coordinate and distribute consumer mailings that come to the center. Cultivating relationships with Morris County Service Providers to supplement service events as well as maintain                                   needed contact with referral sources. Informally evaluate all individuals utilizing the drop-in center and offer appropriate linkages to services as well as refer appropriate consumers to the PATH                                       program for services.  Responsible for tracking participation outcomes and submitting weekly, quarterly and annual reports of progress. Prioritizes service delivery to consumers in need. Interacts with                             diverse populations in a supportive and respectful manner.  Attend all agency required trainings and maintain certifications in CPR and Basic First Aid. Maintain up-to-date program records as                                         required.  Attend supervision with PATH Director as scheduled. Must meet all expected productivity levels, in regards to direct service provision to consumers.  Perform other duties as assigned by the                             Director.
