Qualifications:  Must have a current driver’s license in good standing. Requires ability to operate a 12 passenger large van (CDL license not required)  Experience serving those diagnosed with mental illness/mobility issues a plus. Knowledge of Morris County resources helpful. Ability to aid consumers with carrying groceries, also a plus. Must also possess basic computer skills, the ability to negotiate I-phones for use of GPS and contacting clients; Hours are 12:00-5:00 pm on Saturday afternoon and 5:00-10;00 pm on Tuesday evenings, with the rare occasion of Wednesday evening in lieu of Tuesday evening.Must be able to provide services to our consumers in a compassionate & timely manner.

Responsibilities: Facilitates club meeting; Assists in distribution of monthly activity schedules; Provides transportation to and from planned activities; Models and facilitates appropriate club member interaction; Maintains adequate equipment and supplies; Coordinates with two Assistant Directors; Recruiting new club members and maintaining  any needed contact with referral sources; Perform crisis intervention as needed; Attending quarterly supervision meetings; Maintaining up-to-date program records, and petty cash as required; Attend agency staff meetings and training; Must meet required productivity levels in regard to direct service; Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director/Assistant Director.
